Extra care from the nice staff.

I had fabulous days staying at this hip new hotel. The venue was an excellent home base for enjoying a really quiet area, just next door to store open nearby, and 2 subway stations. My room included free Wi-Fi, cell, and a phone.

Perfect overall experience. Clean, family-friendly hotel with helpful staff. Easy and nice location central to the main sights. Based very close to Ningyocho Station which has direct link to main attraction in Tokyo, restaurants and the centre of Tokyo.

The rooms were well-appointed and reasonably large with excellent amenities kept by the excellent staff.

Facilities were great, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

A safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave oven available in the family apartment.

The location was absolutely perfect - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We liked japanese-style apartment with kitchenette.

Very very nice, accommodating staff, good location next to train lines, so convenient to get to Haneda or Narita, and the imperial palace. Also, to see the sights you have to take a taxi or the subway.

Huge, new-fashioned room with utensils, excellent amenities, comfortable beds, and welcoming staff.

The staff were polite and welcoming and provided a fantastic service. It was such great time in Tokyo.

We had a such great stay and recommend this hotel to all. Spacious and clean venue, location was particularly good and excellent very close to so convenient to get to Haneda or Narita as well as the main metro stations.

Perfect experience there. Clean, perfect hotel, huge rooms and excellent staff. Relatively quiet area, easy location, right by Tokyo City Air Terminal and airport bus terminal and subway stations and a metro station. Again, walking distance to Koami Shrine. A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at Mimaru. The spacious room comfortably accommodated our group of three, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location was quiet and provided a much-needed rest after a tiring day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the small kitchen area, which allowed us to store breakfast items and dine in. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, and the separate shower and toilet were very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tokyo.

Spacious and clean hotel, location was favourable and excellent short walk to Ningyocho Station which has direct link to main attraction in Tokyo, convenience store and 2 different train stations. Every staff member was welcoming.

The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. The hotel was located within walking distance to a subway station and some shops. Another thing we loved was the friendly and helpful staff.

There were not enough power outlets, and no oil, salt, pepper, soy sauce, coffee. The fact that there was no dishwasher or Netflix available made the hotel experience feel incomplete.
